He reverse engineered the crystal drill that had previously been used to tap the arcane wellspring under the forest, causing the original destabilisation to the region centuries ago. He was notoriously nerdy and had a love of trading cards.
He died when he was left bound and gagged by the party in a cloud of magical spores in the enchanted forest; Thaddeus Bramble used the forest to grow roots through his body and absorb him, which he claimed was a painless and peaceful death.
